I LOVE this podcast. Just started a few days ago and binged on all the episodes. Patrick is a great interviewer and they have an excellent dynamic. EC is incredibly knowledgeable and clearly a veteran in the realm of health, fitness and nutrition. As a physician, I find her balance between the science and art to be incredibly useful. I find myself taking notes as I go along and have been reconsidering some of my own practices as well as how I can implement what I've learned immediately to better serve my own patients and colleagues.
