Traditional Cobb salads have a very low carb to high fat ratio. Cobb salads usually have greens, avocado, bacon and bleu cheese (like below), but also tomatoes, an egg and dressing. Below, the egg was removed and beets and roasted sweet potatoes were added (gotta get the #grams). You can also make a dressing with mustard and balsamic vinegar, further saving on fat grams.
